Makotek Welcomes New Office in Cincinnati
Ohio

Makotek recently opened an office in Cincinnati work with Time Warner Cable. Ohio regional manager, James Patterson, says, “Currently we have 11 collection techs and 5 equipment retrieval techs. We have a lot of techs that are new to the collection process, however they are very eager to become the top system! Scott Peterson is the GM for SWO, he applied for the position and relocated from one of our systems in MID Ohio. Scott has worked as a technician in SE Ohio for 2 years and will be a great addition to the management team. With Scott's drive and the technicians eagerness to be on top, I have no doubt that SWO will be the system to contend with.

Congratulations to Johnny Wilson from Raleigh, NC for one year of service with Makotek!

The entire staff in Columbus (017) OH has been with Makotek over a year and are pictured sporting their new "dry fit" shirts. Front row left to right are Larry Wilson, Greg Coffmon, Tim Dempsey and Devin Lee. Back row left to right Tony Rice, Russ Cawthern, Jason Campbell and Steve Looney. GM Kris Kern, speaking for the team, says "Our thanks for the nice, new shirts!"

Congratulations to Brian Burt of Columbus Perimeter system 008! A customer called in to Time Warner praise Brian for working with him to collect his payment. Brian had to work with the customer over several days to get all the money together. One of the members of Time Warner’s Customer Advocate Team was so impressed that she forwarded the compliment to James Patterson, Regional Manager in Columbus. Her words to James were “WOW !! Please see compliment for T-4032” referring to Brian’s tech number.
"Brian always has a great attitude while working in the field. He always volunteers to help out with other technicians. A GREAT TEAM PLAYER!!!" says John Kroetz his manager.
Both James and John agree, “The technicians’ willingness to go the extra mile to work with the customer plays a big role in our office’s success!”
