Broadband Installations

Makotek provides system operators with cost-effective installation of analog and digital cable, modems, telephony, and residential wiring as well as specialty customer retention programs. But our job doesn't stop with the installation. Our technicians both educate the customer on proper service use and make the customers aware of the additional products offered. Technicians are trained to sell instant upgrades to internet services, digital packages, pay-per-view, and telephony services.

Given the costs to acquire and retain customers in today's fiercely competitive market, it is essential that your customers receive the best service. That's why our workforce undergoes intensive and continuous training in customer care as well as technical skill sets. Prior to performance of any fieldwork each employee must earn a competency certification. Additionally, employees are routinely checked to verify they are properly equipped.

Retention and Disconnect Programs

Makotek offers an exceptional Retention and Disconnect Program that will provide our customers with a complete and highly successful retention solution. Through Makotek performing multiple visits during peak times throughout the disconnect process, Makotek increases customer contact and reduces the disconnects and equipment loss. Each step in the process that Makotek performs adds value to the overall success that will enable you to preserve revenue streams and decrease the amount of money and equipment going to write-off.

The multi-service environment that broadband providers now enjoy has resulted in greater revenue streams. These new revenue streams have been created because of increases in customer billing. The increases in customer billing and accounts receivable has now placed a greater importance on customer and equipment retention.

Makotek adds multiple home visits to the non-pay field efforts, non-pay disconnects and post-disconnect equipment recovery programs used by most broadband providers.
